Choose all 6 sessions or choose just the 4 birth preparation sessions or the 2 postnatal sessions.

The postnatal sessions will cover:

Breastfeeding – how to get things off to a good start
Common feeding challenges and what you can do about them
Sleep and your newborn
Crying, colic and how to soothe your newborn
Postnatal mental health – taking care of yourselves when caring for your baby

Course options	All 6 sessions – full course £300, Sessions 1 – 4 only – birth preparation £240, Sessions 5&6 only – postnatal period £120
